1. Do I need to cleanse again after using the cleansing oil?
Unlike conventional cleansing oil products made of synthetic oils, From Green Cleansing Oil is made of natural essential oils, which doesn’t require another cleansing step. However, double cleansing is necessary when you are using the product to remove makeup. After using the cleansing oil to remove your makeup, wash your face using a mildly acidic cleanser that protects the skin barrier.
2. Can it remove heavy, highly pigmented makeup as well?

The hydrophilic essential oils emulsify perfectly, gently melting any makeup, along with impurities and sebum, that are deep in the facial pores.

When water is added to cleansing oil, the cleansing oil becomes a milky substance. This process is called emulsification. It refers to a phenomenon where the cleansing oil penetrates into the pores and combines with water, attaining a density that is lighter than oil and pushes out the impurities.

How to use the cleansing oil
Step 1
Dispense about 2 to 3 pumps of the cleansing oil on your dry palm. Rub your palms together.
Step 2
Apply the product to a dry face with your palms. Roll your fingers to gently massage the face.
Step 3
Add a few drops of water to the face with the palm and massage the face sufficiently (emulsification step).

4. Wash the oil off the face with lukewarm water.
5. Use a low acidic cleanser to cleanse the face again (double cleansing).
